    St. Paul’s Developments Poland is a developer engaged in challenging brownfield revitalization projects. In Poland, it is known for its revitalization of a 19th-century fire station, carried out jointly with Armada Business Park. This project won an award in the “Modernization of the Year 2000” competition. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    In 2009, the company completed the first Class A office building in Lodz – Textorial Park, awarded the “Most Important Investment of the Year 2008”. The centerpiece of the complex is Karol Scheibler’s revitalized historic cotton warehouse from around 1890. The restored and modernized remnants of industrial buildings have given new jobs to several thousand employees in the new technology sector. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
