St. Paul’s Developments is a company that has been operating in the UK market for more than thirty years. It is known for implementing challenging and ambitious projects
The developer is well known in Poland for its joint revitalization of a 19th-century fire station with Armada Business Park. This project won an award in the “Modernization of the Year 2000” competition. In 2009, the company completed the first Class A office building in Lodz – Textorial Park, awarded the “Most Important Investment of the Year 2008”.

Textorial Park is the first modern Class A office building in Lodz. The complex consists of three buildings connected by a glass atrium.

Textorial Park II continues the success of the 2008 office complex. The project is assuming 26,000. m² of leasable space and 2,000 jobs.
