Our realizations

Textorial Park is the first modern class A office building in Lodz. The complex consists of three buildings connected by a glass atrium. Textorial Park’s tenants have nearly 12,000^{sqm of} office and service space, including conference rooms and a restaurant. Textorial Park is an office building capable of offering tenants the most parking spaces in Lodz, including a spacious underground parking garage.

Textorial Park II continues the success of the 2008 Textorial Park office complex. The new project calls for 26,000. m² of leasable space and 2,000 jobs. Textorial Park II will feature not only modern offices, but above all a vibrant, fashionable and attractive public space. The nine thousand square meters will feature green islands surrounding the buildings, and the square will be filled with seasonal attractions, urban festivals, gardens, deck chairs and swings, and a children’s playground. The project received the highest environmental certification in the latest BREEAM International New Construction 2016 system.

SILO is the first urban planning project in Poland that aims to revitalize degraded areas and initiate the development of local communities through ecological design according to the latest trends. We believe that the right decisions made today will bear fruit in the future, so we took into account the needs of the city’s residents when designing SILO. SILO was designed so that current and future generations can enjoy the comfort of Jaworzno’s new space without negative environmental consequences. The concept is to create a neighborhood where modern architecture is intertwined with green areas, and the technology used will improve the climate and reduce the operating costs of the estate’s infrastructure. Eventually, some 2,500 apartments will be built for 5,000 residents.
